The thought probably crosses everybody’s mind that they’d like to tour South America someday. Perhaps even see Colombia, or Brazil or Argentina. The thought of the possible expense has probably also crossed a few minds. But getting cheap tickets to Colombia or to South America could be the possible solution to the usual question of costs.

What’s so special about South America or Colombia? Given the state of the global economy, the cost of a barrel of oil has dropped over the last year or so, also helping to make jet fuel even cheaper. The economy also has depressed some airline travel, so the chances of scoring a cheap ticket have increased substantially, lately.
